The Challenge
The original bathroom felt cramped and dated, with a separate toilet taking up valuable floor space and a bath that wasn’t being used. The homeowners wanted a more open, functional space that felt modern and sophisticated.
Our Solution
Our team reimagined the entire layout to maximise space and functionality:
- Opened up the space – Walls were removed to combine the separate toilet area with the main bathroom, instantly creating a larger, more cohesive room
- Smart toilet positioning – The new toilet is tucked behind a nib wall, maintaining privacy while keeping the open feel
- Removed the bath – This allowed for a much larger vanity and a generous walk-in shower
- Cavity slider door – Replaced the original opening (which had no door) with a space-saving slider that doesn’t encroach on the bathroom interior

An impressive 1800mm ADP Florentine vanity in walnut with push-open drawers and a beautiful fluted finish. The alabaster stone top features two Monroe above-counter round basins, creating a stunning focal point.
Tapware & Hardware
Brushed gold tapware in the Mecca design by Nero, including elegant in-wall taps that add a luxurious, streamlined feel. All edging, drains, towel rails, and robe hooks are finished in matching brushed gold for a cohesive look throughout.
Shower
The generous walk-in shower includes a built-in niche with brushed gold edging, providing practical storage for toiletries while maintaining the elegant design.
Mirrors
Two oval mirrors sit flat against the feature tile wall, complementing the soft curves of the basins and adding a touch of elegance.
