The brick home in the south-western Brisbane suburb of Moggill was needing a facelift of it’s bathroom, ensuite and laundry. It’s dated bathrooms had 1980’s orange terracotta floor tiles, an old style built in bath. The laundry room was dated with no practical use of the space.
What we did:
- New Bathrooms has floor to ceiling tiles with the feature of a pebble like finish to the walls and a darker tile to the floor
- Vanities were done in a lighter colour grain finish to compliment the dark floor tiles with the vanity top a dark colored engineered stone and brushed nickel tapware to give it a refined, modern look
- Round mirrors give the space a more glamourous look
- Shower screens are frameless with matching brushed nickel hinges to match the tapware from trusted company Civic
- The laundry was redesigned with a full tall boy cupboard, overhead cupboards and a full length bench top to utilize more space in the laundry for storage.
- A deep trough in the laundry with a brushed nickel tap that matches the bathrooms to link it all together.
- White subway tiling compliments the white cabinets and bench top matches the bathrooms
- Free standing bath in main bathroom allows for a soak after a long day and completes the modern stylish look of the new bathroom.
