Main Bathroom & Ensuite Renovation in Chapel Hill

Hunter Bathrooms Brisbane recently completed a comprehensive bathroom renovation project for a stunning two-story residence nestled on a hillside in Chapel Hill, Queensland.

The project encompassed a complete renovation of both the main bathroom and ensuite, addressing the homeowners’ desire to update the dated interior. The existing bathrooms featured outdated 300×300 tiles and finishes that no longer reflected the home’s potential or the owners’ contemporary aesthetic preferences.

Before

Main Bathroom

The main bathroom underwent a dramatic transformation, replacing the traditional inset bath with an elegant free-standing bathtub. A semi-frameless shower screen in brushed nickel added a touch of modern sophistication to the space. The design team selected T-Stone Light Grey tiles in a contemporary 300×600 format for both floors and walls, creating a cohesive and spacious feel.

A standout feature of the main bathroom is the Glacier 900mm vanity, featuring twin white hidden door and drawer configuration with a right-hand drawer arrangement. The vanity boasts a cast marble top and a striking Rural Oak finish, complemented by sleek gun metal grey tapware that adds a touch of industrial chic to the design.

Ensuite Bathroom

Maintaining design continuity, the ensuite follows a similar aesthetic to the main bathroom. The vanity mirrors the main bathroom’s Rural Oak finish but expands to a generous 1500mm width, incorporating two basins to maximize functionality and style.

Both bathrooms feature 300×600 shower niches, providing convenient storage solutions without compromising the clean, minimal design aesthetic. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the renovation, from the tile selection to the carefully chosen fixtures.

The renovation successfully transformed two dated bathrooms into modern, functional spaces that complement the home’s unique hillside location. Hunter Bathrooms Brisbane demonstrated their expertise in creating tailored solutions that meet both the aesthetic and practical needs of their clients.
